East Harlem Scholars achieve academic success--and while we are thrilled with our track record, we know that real success comes from arming our Scholars with the knowledge and the tools to become the next generation of change-makers.  

Our Scholars took to the streets on National School Walkout Day, demanding action to end gun violence in schools and imploring leaders to protect them and keep them safe.

Our children, armed with the knowledge and the tools to become the next generation of change-makers, will grow up knowing the power of education and the power of taking action.
